City Lord identifies the current holder of a City Throne. Country Lord follows either Direct Country Acquisition or the canonical National Majority path. World Leader is a derived platform-level status based on active Country Reigns and Sovereignty Score.
City succession has no auction, bidding, random winner or highest-offer mechanic. An eligible claimant uses the fixed server-authoritative price, and the first successfully finalized acquisition becomes the next Lord.
