Transaction parties
The approved transaction record must identify the verified provider and authenticated customer using only necessary information.
Digital service/status
The transaction-specific view must state the City or Country target, digital status, canonical price and currency, transaction date, applicable 24-hour City protection or 72-hour Direct Country Reign, and service activation conditions.
Payment and activation
Hosted payment-provider checkout is verified server-side before a Reign is finalized. A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment or activation.
Cancellation and recovery
Approved cancellation, withdrawal and refund language must link to the applicable policy without introducing physical delivery or cargo terms.
